We recently received positive feedback from a customer who was highly satisfied with the performance and quality of our products. This recognition is especially meaningful to us because it reflects the careful quality-control work carried out behind every shipment.

For us, product quality is not based solely on random sampling. Every unit must pass two essential procedures before shipment: a 100% aging test and a 100% soldering performance test.
During the aging test, each product is operated continuously under specified working conditions. This process helps us verify its stability and identify potential problems that may not appear during a brief power-on inspection. Products can proceed to the next stage only after successfully completing the required aging period.

We also perform an actual soldering test on every unit. This allows our quality-control team to evaluate its heating performance, temperature stability, and practical functionality in a real working scenario. If any abnormality is found, the product is immediately separated for further inspection, adjustment, or replacement.
Although these procedures require additional time and effort, we believe they are essential. Our goal is to reduce potential failures, help customers avoid unnecessary downtime, and ensure that every product is ready for use upon arrival.
The customer’s positive feedback is not only an encouragement but also a reminder of why we maintain these standards. We will continue to uphold our 100% aging and soldering test policy, providing customers worldwide with reliable products and dependable service.
