LGK-100SiC Plasma Cutter Completes Two-Hour Continuous Cutting Test

This week, we completed a continuous cutting test on our new LGK-100SiC plasma cutting machine. Featuring silicon carbide (SiC) technology and a built-in air pump, this new model represents the latest development in professional plasma cutting equipment.

During the test, the LGK-100SiC continuously cut 30 mm-thick steel plate for two hours. The main purpose was to evaluate the machine’s durability, operating stability, and cutting performance under extended, high-load working conditions. Throughout the test, our technical team monitored the machine’s arc starting, power output, cutting continuity, and overall operating condition.

The machine maintained stable operation during the continuous cutting process, demonstrating the durability required for demanding metalworking applications. The successful test also verified the reliability of the machine’s key systems when working with thick steel plate for an extended period.

Silicon carbide technology is an important development in the welding and cutting equipment industry.
