Real Customer Feedback: Welding Performance and Internal Structure

Real-world customer feedback is one of the most valuable ways to evaluate welding equipment. Recently, we received a video recorded by one of our customers at their worksite. The video demonstrates the machine’s welding performance and also shows its internal structure after the outer casing was removed, offering a closer look at both its operation and construction.

During the test, the customer set the welding current to 400 amps and carried out a practical welding trial on a steel workpiece. The machine(ZX7-400SiC) produced a strong and stable arc throughout the operation, demonstrating consistent performance under actual working conditions. The customer also used a clamp meter to monitor the current during welding, providing a direct reference for the machine’s performance under load.

In addition to the welding demonstration, the customer opened the machine to show its internal components, wiring connections, and overall layout. A well-organized internal structure helps support reliable operation while making routine inspection, maintenance, and after-sales servicing more convenient. This close-up view also allows customers to gain a clearer understanding of the components, assembly, and workmanship inside the machine.
